I joined Yang's Martial Arts about a month ago, and was instantly impressed.  I never had any martial arts experience prior to joining, but I never felt uneasy.

 

The classes are high-energy and challenging, but you can pace yourself until you are ready to keep up.  I appreciate that the sessions have a high intensity level that combines cardiovascular, strength, stability, and flexibility exercises throughout the entire hour.  After each session, you will leave with a heightened spirit and strength.

 

I enjoyed having the higher belts in the same class, as it provides beginners inspiration and a model for technique and commitment.  It's an honour being Master Yang's student, he is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable teacher and he conducts a truly respectful dojang.
