joined Yang's Martial Arts about a month ago,
and was instantly impressed. I never had
any martial arts experience prior to joining,
but I never felt uneasy.
The
classes are high-energy and challenging, but you
can pace yourself until you are ready to keep
up. I appreciate that the sessions have a
high intensity level that combines
cardiovascular, strength, stability, and
flexibility exercises throughout the entire
hour. After each session, you will leave
